Teriyaki salmon
This salmon from the barbecue is a delicious blend of simplicity and sophistication. The fish is marinated in a flavorful sauce of olive oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder, and slowly cooked in an open aluminum foil “boat’. Ideal as a light main course on a hot summer day or as an impressive appetizer at an Italian-inspired barbecue.

INGREDIENTS:
- 300 gr salmon steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- freshly ground black pepper & sea salt
Preparation salmon
Pat the salmon dry and spread with a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, pepper and sea salt.
Barbecue
Bring the barbecue to 180Β°C, indirect heat.
Fold a boat of aluminum foil around the salmon. Place the boat on the grill and cook to 55/60Β°C core temperature.
In between, spread the sauce mixture regularly.
Serve
Serve with some fresh chives and lemon slices.
* For a more intense flavor, let the salmon marinate in the sauce mixture for several hours.
