Fresh arugula salad with sun-dried tomato
Arugula with sun-dried tomato, pine nuts and parmesan cheese (for 6-8 people)
Preparation time: 5 mins.
240 g arugula
100g sun-dried tomatoes
30 g pine nuts
50g Parmesan cheese
Rinse the arugula Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into wedges. Grill the pine nuts in a pan.
Mix everything in a bowl for the salad, and sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
