Tart of Fig with goat cheese, peach chutney and maple syrup (for 4 people)
Preparation time: 40 mins.
2 tbsp Pastry flour
1 Shortcrust pastry
Ready-made peach chutney
100g spreadable goat cheese
Brush the inside of the aluminium pots with some butter and sprinkle with some flour.
Line the aluminium pots with the crumbled dough.
Using a spoon, place some peach chutney on the bottom.
Cut the figs in half and place on top of the chutney.
Top them with a layer of goat cheese.
Grill the tart under a closed lid heated at 180 °C and with a closed lid for 25 minutes.
Before serving, drizzle the figs with maple syrup.
