You can find the model and serial number on the right door jamb when you open the oven door (if your model has multiple ovens, you will find the sticker on the rightmost oven).

This wide Toscana gas range cooker is a welcome addition to your kitchen. The range cooker has a hob with five brass gas burners and the extra-wide oven means you can prepare dinner for a large group of people easily. 

Large oven  
The large 87-litre oven is multifunctional. Cooking is safe with a Boretti: the oven door and side walls remain cool. The telescopic slide rails, which you can add to your order, allow you to easily slide dishes in and out of the oven. The supplied rotisserie spit in the oven guarantees that poultry and roulades are cooked to perfection. 

Hob 
The 5 brass burners are not only durable, they also perform much better than regular burners. Moreover, they are quieter in use and exude professionalism. In addition, the gas burners are equipped with automatic spark ignition upon turning the knobs and they come with thermocouple protection. This means: no flame, no gas. The inner and outer rings of the powerful, dual-fuel wok burner on the hob can be operated independently of each other. This makes it possible to stir-fry at high heat (5.0kW) or simmer dishes at low heat (0.4kW). 

Easy to clean 
Boretti helps you even after the cooking is done. The oven cavity is made of high-quality enamel which makes it is remarkably easy to clean.
