Self-cleaning oven walls On the inside of the oven, self-cleaning walls are attached that absorb cooking fat. By using the CLEAN function, the 'catalytic' wall destroys all spilt fats through an oxidation process. This makes cleaning the inside chamber much easier. Afterwards, you can wipe off any remaining residues with a cloth and the oven will be clean again in a flash! Cooking safely With Boretti, you can be sure that the entire cooking process is safe. The telescopic rails allow you to easily slide the dishes in and out of the oven. Burning your hands or spilling fat and other messes are therefore less likely to happen. The telescopic rails can be mounted at any cooking level as required. In addition, the oven door and the side walls of the oven remain cool. Automatic settings In addition to all the possible functions that can be set manually, we have pre-programmed a number of standard dishes for you, such as bread, meat, fish and vegetable dishes. The oven will then set the correct functionality and programme time.
