The cooktop has four zones, including a turbo booster function and flex zones. The turbo boosters enable the temperature to rise quickly and efficiently, and the flex zones allow you to arrange the layout of the cooktop yourself. Flex zones Do your culinary ambitions extend beyond a standard cooking surface? No problem. The two flex zones on the cooktop can be joined together to form one large zone. This makes the cooktop suitable for use with a large grill plate, teppanyaki plate or an oblong pan. Moreover, you can still use the cooking zones separately from each other. The most challenging creations become possible! Control per zone For the sake of convenience, this cooktop has separately adjustable zones with their own slider controls. This allows you to switch to the setting you want per zone without having to select a zone via a central menu. You can also set a digital timer for each zone, which gives you optimal control over the cooking process. Automatic warming and simmer mode The automatic warming and simmer setting provides the ideal temperature for keeping a dish warm (70°C) and for letting a dish simmer (85°C – 92°C).
