In addition, the gas burners are equipped with automatic spark ignition when the controls are opened and come with thermocouple protection. This means: no flame, no gas. In addition, the cooktop is equipped with a powerful dual fuel wok burner. The inner and outer rings of this wok burner can be operated separately from each other. For example, it is possible to stir-fry on high heat settings (5.0kW) and simmer dishes on low heat settings (0.4kW). Easy to clean Boretti helps you even after the cooking is all done. Because the oven chamber is made of high-quality enamel, it is remarkably easy to clean. The self-cleaning catalytic walls on the sides and rear also make things easy for you: they break down grease splatters through oxidation at temperatures above 200°C. This saves time and effort.
