This makes your dishes not only more tasty, but also healthier. The oven comes with a baking rack and two gastronorm trays, for cooking, baking and storing ingredients hot or cold. A roasting thermometer is also included, for quickly checking the temperature. Baking and roasting are also safe with a Boretti: the oven door and side walls remain cool. The inside of the oven is easy to clean in combination with the steam cleaning programme. Automatic settings In addition to all the possible functions that can be set manually, we have pre-programmed a number of standard dishes for you, such as bread, meat, fish and vegetable dishes. The oven will then set the correct functionality and programme time.
