The Carrara induction cooker is a brand new masterpiece which combines craftmanship, premium functionality and modern design. The cooking surface provides 5 induction zones with flex functionality. The extra large baking oven has a cavity volume of 91 liter and 9 oven functionalities, enabling a maximum of working space for the personal chef! The oven racks are placed on a telescopic rails system for easy and safe usage. For extra comfort, the oven door is equipped with a soft close mechanism. With Carrara’s flexible cooking hob you are able to bridge two zones to one large zone for usage of bigger pots, griddle plates from the Boretti Solido collection
