• The factory setting is LF mode: The light comes on when you open the door and goes off when you close the door.
• The LED light can be kept on continuously by pressing and holding the "LIGHT" button for 5 seconds. You will hear one beep and the display will show "LP" four times before it returns to normal. The light will now remain on, regardless of whether the door is open or closed.

Yes, with the exception of the BPWKN45 type numbers, the rotation direction of the door on the wine climate cabinet can be changed. Please refer to the user manual for the instructions. Manuals are always included with the product. You can also find the manual on the product page at our website.
Most power failures are resolved within a few hours and will not affect the temperature of your wine climate cabinet, provided you do not open the door too often. If the power is off for a longer period of time, you should take the appropriate steps to protect the contents of your wine climate cabinet. The temperature memory function ensures that, if the power is suddenly interrupted, the configured temperature is stored in the memory of the device. When the power comes back on, the device will still be configured to the same temperature.
For short holidays: If you will be away for less than three weeks, you can leave the wine climate cabinet on.
For long holidays: If the wine climate cabinet will not be used for several months, remove all contents and switch it off. Thoroughly clean and dry the interior, shelves and other parts of the wine climate cabinet. To prevent odours and mould, leave the door slightly open. If necessary, secure the door.
Your wine climate cabinet is energy-efficient. Place the wine climate cabinet in the coolest part of a room, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
