You can find the model and serial number on the right door jamb when you open the oven door (if your model has multiple ovens, you will find the sticker on the rightmost oven).

Cookers

You can find the model and serial numbers on the inside of the device behind the filter. You need to remove the filter in order to read the sticker.

You can find the model and serial number on the left jamb or in the centre of the bottom jamb when opening the oven door.

Sophisticated and stylish. With this extra-wide and modern Milano induction range cooker, you will have the best equipment in your home for preparing delicious dishes. And thanks to the self-cleaning oven walls, the oven is clean in no time after you finish cooking. The cooktop has five zones, including a turbo booster function and two flex zones. The turbo boosters enable the temperature to rise quickly and efficiently, and the flex zones allow you to arrange the layout of the cooktop yourself.

Large oven
The large 123 litre oven is multifunctional. The rotisserie spit in the oven ensures that poultry and roulades can be cooked to perfection. Baking and roasting are also safe with a Boretti: the oven door and side walls remain cool and the telescopic rails allow you to easily slide the dishes in and out of the oven.                                                       

Flex zones
Do your culinary ambitions extend beyond a standard cooking surface? No problem. The two flex zones on the cooktop can be joined together to form one large zone. This makes the cooktop suitable for use with a large grill plate, teppanyaki plate or an oblong pan. Moreover, you can still use the cooking zones separately from each other. The most challenging creations all become possible!

Easy to clean
Boretti helps you even after the cooking is all done. Because the oven chamber is made of high-quality enamel, it is remarkably easy to clean. The self-cleaning catalytic walls on the sides and rear also make things easy for you: they break down grease splatters through oxidation at temperatures above 200°C. This saves time and effort.
