You can find the model and serial number on the right door jamb when you open the oven door (if your model has multiple ovens, you will find the sticker on the rightmost oven).

Cookers

You can find the model and serial numbers on the inside of the device behind the filter. You need to remove the filter in order to read the sticker.


Hoods

You can find the model and serial number on the left jamb or in the centre of the bottom jamb when opening the oven door.

Ovens

You can find the model and serial number on the inside of the leftmost door when opening the barbecue door.

This steam oven improves the results in the kitchen, allowing you to cook like a real chef. The practical combi-steam oven is ideal for preparing different types of dishes. 

Steam oven
A steam oven makes it possible to put the entire dish in the oven, without having to boil or fry vegetables or meat separately. Moreover, you can prepare dishes at a very specific temperature, so that they won't burn or overcook. Steaming also preserves the flavours, vitamins and minerals much better. This makes your dishes not only more tasty, but also healthier.

The oven comes with a baking rack and two gastronorm trays, for cooking, baking and storing ingredients hot or cold. A roasting thermometer is also included, for quickly checking the temperature. Baking and roasting are also safe with a Boretti: the oven door and side walls remain cool. The inside of the oven is easy to clean in combination with the steam cleaning programme. 

Automatic settings
In addition to all the possible functions that can be set manually, we have pre-programmed a number of standard dishes for you, such as bread, meat, fish and vegetable dishes. The oven will then set the correct functionality and programme time.
