On the induction hob of this 90 cm Boretti induction cooker, cooking is easy, allowing you to devote all your attention to your guests. The hob has 5 powerful zones with wok and simmer settings and is very easy to clean due to its smooth surface. The cooker has an extra-wide oven in which you can easily place several oven dishes side by side. The induction cooker can be installed free-standing, as part of a kitchen island or between kitchen cabinets against the wall. The cooker has the same look and feel as the other products in this collection. Combine it with an extractor hood, wine cabinet or built-in oven to create unity in your kitchen.
Many different oven modes
This induction cooker’s oven certainly makes it easy for you to prepare a feast. The oven has 11 modes, including a fan-assisted mode, grill setting and top and bottom heat. The defrost setting defrosts frozen foods in no time and the rotary spit ensures even cooking of meat and vegetables.
Wok cooking and simmering
The induction zones have a very low and a very high setting. As a result, you can leave a pan simmering for hours, but also stir-fry quickly at high temperatures. In addition to the simmer setting, the zones also have a keep-warm mode, allowing you to keep your dishes warm for a long time without continuing the cooking process.
