The gas hob of this 90 cm Boretti gas cooker allows you to enjoy classic-style cooking. The cooker has 2 ovens in which you can easily cook multiple dishes at different temperatures. Place the gas cooker in the setting of your choice: freestanding, as part of a kitchen island or between kitchen cabinets against the wall. The cooker has the same look and feel as the other products in this collection. Combine it with an extractor hood, wine cabinet or combi oven to create unity in your kitchen.
Gas cooker with 2 ovens
The 2 ovens in this cooker allow you to easily prepare multiple dishes at different temperatures and with different cooking techniques at the same time. The left oven has 7 modes, including a fan-assisted mode, grill setting and top and bottom heat. Defrost frozen foods in no time using the defrost mode. The right oven is perfect for spit cooking − the included rotary spit ensures even cooking of meat, fish and vegetables. This allows you to prepare a wonderful variety of dishes to suit all tastes.
Brass gas burners
The 6 burners, including the wok burner on this cooker, are made of brass. Not only does brass have a sophisticated look, it can also reach a higher temperature. As a result, with up to 25% more efficiency, these burners are more sustainable than regular gas burners. In addition, this material makes for easy cleaning of the gas burners. Brass can be lightly sanded and buffed. This will keep your burners looking great for a long time.
Hob, convection oven and grill in one
With the Boretti Milano gas cooker with double ovens, you actually have 3 appliances in 1. A gas hob with 6 burners, an oven with fan-assisted mode and a conventional (grill) oven with rotary spit. This means you’ll save space in the kitchen while enriching your interior with its tasteful design.
